How does a remote session work?+
You call or text me, I send you a link, you click it, and I can see your screen while we talk. You watch everything I do, and the connection ends the moment we hang up.
What does it cost?+
A remote session is $89 for the problem you called about. A house call is $149 for the first hour, travel included. Scam and pop-up cleanup is $149 either way. You get the price up front, before any work starts, and if I can't fix it and can't tell you what's wrong, you don't pay. Full price list.
What if it can't be fixed remotely?+
Then I come to you. If you're in greater Providence, we schedule a house call, and anything we already covered remotely counts toward it.
What should I have ready?+
Just the device and any passwords you have. If you don't have the passwords, that's usually fixable too.
